Nintendo sorry for Christmas eShop hiccups

Postpones release of Pokemon Bank and Poke Transporter.

Whoopsie Daisy - someone's been pigging at Christmas.

Nintendo's sorry the eShop didn't work properly over Christmas and has had to delay the release of Pokemon Bank and Poke Transporter as a result.

When those apps, originally due 27th December, will now arrive, wasn't information Nintendo shared.

The good news, however, is that the eShop is up and running on all systems again.

"We sincerely apologise for the recent inconsistencies and thank you again for your patience and support," blushed Nintendo on Twitter and on its official support site.
