E3 2003: EA's line-up

We hadn't heard of James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing or The Sims Bustin' Out, but the rest you're familiar with.

EA has finally announced its massive E3 line-up, most of which we've heard about before. New additions include James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing [nothing please! -Ed], the next Nightfire-style game, third person this time, to combine James Bond's gadgets, wit, women and objectives with intellectually devoid and meaningless gameplay. Well, hopefully not, but you know! That'll be out on PS2, Xbox, Cube, GBA and PC.

Elsewhere, we have The Sims Bustin' Out, a new console instalment (PS2/Xbox/Cube) of the ludicrously popular… well you know what it is by now. This one will give players the chance to explore "outrageous" new locations, unlock loads of new objects and social "moves", with a cast of 40 new "wacky" characters, 10 new careers (including Mobster, Athlete, Mad Scientist and Fashion Victim), the requisite two-player support and so on.

Otherwise it's all just as you'd expect, headlined by the likes of Lord of the Rings: Return of the King, SSX 3, Medal of Honor: Rising Sun and The Sims 2, with Molyneux's Black & White 2 also allegedly making an appearance. Good luck with that one Pete! Filling out the list we have various expansions (Battlefield 1942: Secret Weapons of WWII, SimCity 4 Rush Hour) and franchise updates (Need For Speed Underground, all the sports games), and various kiddy titles like Looney Tunes: Back in Action, Lego BIONICLE and Harry Potter: Quidditch World Cup. This is the full list so far, in no particular order:

  • Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004 (PS2, Xbox, Cube, GBA, PC)
