New weight loss game for DS unveiled

Comes complete with pedometer add-on.

Ubisoft has announced the forthcoming release of a new DS game designed to help you eat better, exercise more and generally not be as fat.

My Health Coach: Weight Management is being developed with help from a fitness coach and a nutritionist. It will come with a pedometer accessory that keeps track of how many steps you take. At the end of each day, you slot the pedometer into your DS and transfer the data into your personalised health program.

Each day you'll be given coaching sessions, physical challenges, mini-games and quizzes. You'll be told how far you've travelled in relation to real-world distances, so you might learn you've walked the equivalent of the length of the Great Wall of China.

My Health Coach: Weight Management is out this summer. In the meantime there's My Word Coach, My French Coach and My Spanish Coach to be getting on with - expect a full review of these later in the week.
