More Dawn of War II DLC announced

Dark Angels Pack detailed.

A new DLC pack is on its way to Relic-developed PC RTS sequel Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II – Retribution, publisher THQ has announced.

The Dark Angels Pack, which launches on 6th April for your local equivalent of $7.50, adds a custom Dark Angels Space Marine chapter for use in multiplayer modes.

There are eight new models for the major multiplayer units and fresh colour schemes for the others. The DLC replaces The Force Commander with a Dark Angels Company Master complete with winged helmet, while the Tactical Marine squad will don Dark Angels robes.

The Scout Squad, Assault Marine Squad and Terminators all get chapter-specific makeovers too, while Space Marine vehicles get new custom designs and emblems to set them apart.

As announced last week, a further free DLC pack launches on the same day, adding 12 new achievements to the game's Last Stand multiplayer survival mode.
