Fortnite screening We The People x More Than A Vote anti-racism presentation next week

Free Verve emote for those that tune in.

Epic will be hosting a second anti-racism screening in Fortnite's Party Royale mode - this time featuring Opus United's We The People x More Than A Vote - starting next Tuesday, 28th July.

We The People x More Than A Vote, the follow-up to Opus United's earlier We The People presentation, is described as a series of conversations between athletes and entertainers intended to "inspire and empower young adults to take action against the voter suppression crisis that is disproportionately impacting Black communities".

It's hosted by broadcast journalist Cari Champion and will feature conversations with actress and comedian Yvonne Orji, professional baseball player Jason Heyward, rappers Russ and Bun B, as well as sports host and former basketball player Jalen Rose.

We The People x More Than A Vote will get its first screening in Fortnite's Party Royale mode at 7pm ET (midnight in the UK) on Tuesday, 28th July via the Island's Big Screen. It will be repeated every other hour for 22 hours after its initial showing, and Epic says those attending the event at any point will receive a free Verve emote - based on a submission from dancer Michael Mejeh and his brother Jamie as part of Fortnite's Emote Royale Contest.

We The People x More Than A Vote is the latest in a steadily growing series of live events and promos to be staged in Fortnite's Party Royale mode. It follows screenings of Christopher Nolan's The Prestige, Inception, and Batman Begins, and a live music set from Diplo, featuring Thomas Wesley, Young Thug, and Noah Cyrus.
