European Saints Row 3 release date

Do George and Patrick live there?

Saints Row: The Third will be released on 18th November in Europe, THQ has confirmed.

The date escaped the lips of senior producer Greg Donovan, who was talking on camera to Gamespot at E3.

In North America, the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 game will be released on 15th November.

Saints Row was born out of Grand Theft Auto's success. The two games are very similar: gangs, cars, crime, urban thrills, money.

But THQ and developer Volition have pumped their creation full of steroids - steroids and laughing gas. The result? An OTT hot-pot of open world mayhem that doesn't take itself too seriously.

Saints Row 2 landed a huge 9/10 on Eurogamer. And with Grand Theft Auto V still under wraps, Saints Row: The Third has a clear shot at gaining serious genre turf.
