Capcom delays Dark Void until 2010
It'll be on the shelves by April, though.Capcom has pushed back the release of sci-fi adventure Dark Void until next year.
According to Joystiq, the company is hoping to avoid the Christmas rush by canning plans for an autumn release.
Instead, Dark Void will hit the shops in Capcom's fourth financial quarter. In other words, it'll be out within the first three months of 2010.
American shopkeepers had listed the game for a release on 22nd September - the same day as Halo: ODST.
"The move will be great for the game and for gamers," Capcom chap Chris Kramer stated. "Less competition in the market (curse you, Halo!), more time for polish."
Dark Void is in development for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Visit the gamepage for all your video, preview and screenshot-related needs.
