Call of Duty: Ghosts DLC free to try this weekend

On Xbox 360 and Xbox One, and other platforms later.

Climb out of your Titans! Activision wants you to play Call of Duty: Ghosts' new Onslaught DLC this weekend without paying a penny.

A free trial version of the map pack will be available to download for Xbox 360 and Xbox One this Friday, 21st March. It will remain playable until the following Monday.

It contains all four of the new maps - Fog, Bay View, Containment and Ignition - as well as the new Maverick weapon.

Nightfall, the first slice of a new four-part story campaign, is included too.

Call of Duty DLC still launches first for Microsoft platforms so it makes sense that the Xbox 360 and Xbox One get this offer first. It'll filter through to other platforms "at a later date".
