Watch nine minutes of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt footage

Xbox YouTube channel advertises PC gameplay.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt developer CD Projekt Red has revealed nearly nine minutes of new footage from its upcoming medieval action-RPG series.

Watch as Geralt meditates for hours in the blink of an eye, tracks wayward stagecoach imprints with what I can only refer to as "Witcher vision", slays swamp beasts, and makes complex moral decisions.

Humourously, though this footage is hosted on the Xbox YouTube channel, Microsoft clarified in its notes that it's taken from the PC version. You can tell by the 60fps, whereas the console versions are locked at 30fps.

Microsoft has since apologised for any confusion this may have caused.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is due out 19th May on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
