Not content with Xperia Play and Next Generation Portable, Sony plans for another device launch this year - its very own tablet.
The report comes from Japanese newspaper Nikkei (read by Bloomberg), which carried confirmation from Sony CEO Howard Stringer.
The tablet will run Google Android 3.0 Honeycomb software and be available in North America by late summer.
The tablet's capacity for gaming wasn't mentioned.
