Sonic CD heading to Xbox Live Arcade

UPDATE: Sega told Eurogamer this morning: "We don't have any details at this time, but we'll be sharing some more information soon."

ORIGINAL STORY: Microsoft's Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb has let slip that Sonic CD is coming to Xbox Live Arcade.

The game is on a list of Xbox Live Arcade titles to be showcased at Microsoft's booth at PAX Prime 2011 this weekend.

The list in full: Trials Evolution, Skulls of the Shogun, Crimson Alliance, Splatters, Orcs Must Die, Ms. Splosion Man, Retro City Rampage, Sonic CD, War of the Worlds and Trine 2.

Platform game Sonic CD launched on the Mega-CD in 1993.
