Microsoft is looking for willing guinea pigs to test its new Xbox Live dashboard update.
Want to be the first to check out those controversial new Zune features? Microsoft's Major Nelson has called for willing participants to head on over to a sign-up page for the preview program. You'll have to hand over your Windows Live ID and fill in a short survey.
Microsoft is looking for a few thousand testers, with the preview open to users in any region. Priority will go to Gold members though.
Just in case you were wondering, the preview will not include any Kinect features so, "You will not be receiving a Kinect sensor if you are chosen to participate," Major Nelson points out. What a scrooge.
The new Xbox Live dashboard will go live later this year.
