Ringo Starr, the former drummer of popular beat combo The Beatles, is branching out into the world of videogames, according to a new trademark filing.

A listing for something called "Ringo", as noted by Gamespot, has been filed, with the goods and services description reading "computer game software" and "downloadable computer games via the Internet and wireless devices."

The trademark application offers no further information as to what exactly Starr has got planned.

Of course, this is not the first time Ringo has shown up in a videogame. He was all over The Beatles: Rock Band, which came out on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii back in 2009.
