PSN offline tonight for an hour

And possibly for longer.

The PlayStation Network will be offline tonight from 5pm to 6pm UK time for maintenance, Sony has announced.

For that hour all PSN services, including Store, Registration, Customer Account Management and PlayStation Home, will be unavailable.

And Sony warned PSN may remain offline after the hour is up "for testing purposes".

If you're already signed in before the beginning of the maintenance you "should" be able to remain signed in, Sony said.
