Those of you who sit on your fannies will be slightly disappointed to hear that you'll only be getting one new Virtual Console update this week.

It's Koei's SNES sizzler Romance of the Three Kingdoms IV: Wall of Fire though, so don't be too disheartened.

Here you take the role of a ruler trying to unite China in the era of the three kingdoms of Wei, Wu and Shu. It's based around managing handfuls of statistics: making your towns have enough supplies and order while improving military might and firepower. Then, when you feel your ready you can storm into enemy territory and expand your borders, uniting all the land under your rule.

This fourth game in the series adds new flaming arrows and ships, enhanced graphics, and more to do within China's boundaries herself.

Something we can hopefully expect to play soon, then.

Super Nintendo games will cost you 800 points to buy from the Wii Shop Channel.
