Nintendo eShop update 13/10/11

Nintendo serves up a single downloadable crumb this week - Golf, which was originally launched on the Game Boy in 1989.

Re-released today on the 3DS Virtual Console, Golf will set you back £2.60/€3.

It's the leanest eShop offering ever.

Golf is an updated version of the even mustier NES original, also named Golf. That launched in 1984.

Did you know that the nine holes on Wii Sports' Golf were based upon this game's courses? Now you do.
