Nintendo DS pods pop up in the UK

Nintendo has put shiny new DS download pods in 30 shops around the UK.
These let you test out the DS and games before you buy. If you've already got a handheld, you can use them to access downloadable demos and extra content via Wi-Fi.
Mind you, you will only be able to grab one demo at a time, and if you turn off your DS it will disappear - so you will have to keep your handheld in sleep mode if you want to play elsewhere.
Still, with promises to update the pods with all the latest games it could provide a handy way to give things a try without waiting to get on the demo stand.
