Joint Operations is slippery

NovaLogic has excitedly announced that it have plans to "hit a new street date of first quarter 2004" for its forthcoming multiplayer war-'em-up Joint Operations. In other words, it's slipped from the originally planned Q4 2003 to Q1 2004. Never mind, eh?
