Sid Meier's on Steam

Meier Meier my - Steam gets busier every day, and today it gets busier thanks to somebody called Sid Meier, whose Civilization III and IV and Pirates! are now available to buy through Valve's digital distribution wotsit.
They form the bulk of a stack of games from 2K, e.g. Take-Two, rounded out with Shattered Union, as the mega-bucks publisher follows publishing pals Activision and Majesco into using the increasingly popular PC downloader.
Meanwhile, today also marks the Steamy release of Dark Messiah of Might & Magic, which you'll be able to read a review of in the not so distant future (or possibly now, if you're viewing this in said future). And if you can't find a worthy purchase in that lot, you probably meant to click on something else. Clean your mouse!
