Prey demo coming soon

Next month, to be precise.

3D Realms has announced that a demo of PC and Xbox 360 first-person shooter Prey will be released on June 22nd.

The demo will let you play through five levels of the game, and try out both the single and multiplayer modes. It'll be available for download via your PC and also through Xbox Live Marketplace.

Prey sees you taking on the role of Tommy, a Native American garage mechanic who finds himself trapped aboard an alien ship alongside his girlfriend and grandfather. With the help of a ghostly hawk named Talon, he must find a way of surviving on the ship, rescuing his girl and saving the entire human race from extinction.

Prey is due out in the US this July, but a European release date has yet to be announced.
