Sports Interactive has patched Championship Manager: Season 03/04, currently top of the Full Price PC charts, to version 4.1.4. The patch fixes a number of known issues and also includes a number of enhancements - individual changes are too many to list, but publisher Eidos has a copy of the fix list here.
