Quidditch World Cup demo released

Broomin' hell!

EA has released a demo of Harry Potter: Quidditch World Cup, a game inspired by the broomstick-based sport that runs through the Harry Potter books. Last time I tried to get away with sounding knowledgeable on the subject though, I got caught out on the amount of points a snitch is worth, so I'm not going to bother this time (though I have read and enjoyed all the Potter books).

I'll just tell you to download the demo, because it's bound to be worth a tinker, even for folks who don't give a flying broomstick about El Pottero and his magical behaviour. It's a whopping 253MB demo unfortunately, but if that doesn't put you off, then you can accio the sonofabitch right here. We'll have a review of it up as soon as Rob stops quaffle-hogging.

Quidditch World Cup is available on PS2, Xbox, Cube, GBA and PC right now.
