Digital VCR for PSP

MPEG4s the easy way.

UK peripherals specialist Pinpoint Consumer Electronics has announced the launch of the Neuros Video Recorder - a kind of digital VCR for the PSP.

The NVR lets you record to MPEG4 format from any source including TV, camcorder and DVD player. You can then watch the movies on your PSP - or your laptop, smartphone, PDA or telly, for that matter.

Weighing in at just 140g, the NVR is about the same size as a PDA and dead easy to use, apparently. It's compatible with Pro Memory Stick Duo, Compact Flash and SD cards, and comes complete with video editing software, a USB 2.0 connection and a remote control.

And it's yours for just... £149.99. So not cheap then, but we still want one.
