LucasArts has patched the PC version of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, which was released in Europe last Friday, December 5th. The 19.5MB patch is available here.

Through the readme file, Lucas insists that if you installed the Beta 1.01 English patch then you must revert back to the retail version and delete the two zip files from your KOTOR directory before you try to install this.

The readme also lists the various bugs and glitches addressed by the patch, all of which seem fairly obscure but worth patching. You should probably force yourself.
