Elebits delayed

No longer for Wii launch.

Reports from the US suggest that Konami's first Nintendo Wii title, Elebits, has been pushed back to the middle of December and will miss launch as a result.

IGN reports that the game is aiming for the week beginning 11th December, or the one following it - dependent on how quickly Nintendo picks its way through the game's final submission in search of bugs.

Theirs will be a manner not unlike that of the player then, for Konami's is a game about capturing the eponymous Elebits, who lurk unhelpfully in difficult-to-reach places around the house.

You can expect to hear more on Elebits as we close in on launch, and in the meantime be sure to check out the screenshots.
