New Wii stock on Amazon?

Going up later, apparently.

Those of you gaping in horror at some of the early second-hand prices for Wii hardware on eBay might want to hold fire - Amazon says it's managed to get hold of some more consoles.

"We've managed to get our hands on some more Wii consoles and will be putting them on sale between 3pm and 4pm today (Friday, December 8)," a mailshot from the retailer explains.

"Last time we sold out in 7 minutes and we expect this batch to go even more quickly."

Quite. Keep an eye on Amazon.co.uk between 3pm and 4pm, then, if you haven't already got one through an earlier pre-order (mine, if you're interested, arrived just as I was having a real wee - I almost slapped the courier in disgust).
