2K confirms Fantastic 4 game

Called Rise of the Silver Surfer.

Take-Two has confirmed that it is working on a brand new Fantastic 4 game to coincide with the release of the next film in June 2007.

Called Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer, it's a third-person action game in development for next generation, current generation and handheld systems.

2K - the Take-Two publishing label behind the game - says that development is in the hands of Visual Concepts and Seven Studios.

And for those of you scratching your chins - yes, Activision was responsible for the game based on the last Fantastic 4. Let's hope Take-Two does a bit of a better job.
