Hot on the heels of the European release of Sony's PlayStation Portable gaming device, UK-based Gametart.com has announced the launch of its PSP games rental service.

With a range of packages available from as low as GBP 9.99 per month, customers can rent one or two games simultaneously through the service, free from due dates and late fees.

Gametart.com has promised the availability of every launch title and every future UK PSP game released, in addition to their extensive library of more than 1,200 PS2 games currently available.

The company has also announced its support for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Revolution, with new rental services launching in conjunction with the European release of each console - although as yet, no European release information for either PS3 or Revolution has actually been announced.
