Some people are cleverer than we really understand. The folks behind Multi Theft Auto are some of these people. Not satisfied with hacking out the discarded multiplayer modes in GTA3 by re-working residual code that Rockstar had left behind, the team focussed its attention on the title's flashy sibling and yielded positive results in the release of Multi Theft Auto: Vice City. You can grab the tiny 443KB modification here, but we'd recommend reading up on how to get it all working properly before you dive in head-first.
