Yu-Gi-Oh! comes to PS2

Gotta duel 'em all!

Yu-Gi-Oh! is bringing its exclamatory card-based dealings to the PS2 this September following a successful launch on Nintendo handhelds and PSone over the last couple of years.

In Yu-Gi-Oh! The Duelists of the Roses, Yugi and pals (huge fans of Duel Monsters, a mystical card game a bit like Pokemon battles) have to face off against the nasty Kaiba in the final War of the Roses in England's distant past. Players can choose to be good or evil, and can collect and use more than 680 different creatures through their special card decks. Each creature has several attack and defence moves, magical and otherwise, and we're promised a strategic game in a detailed 3D world, rather than the kiddy TV licence you might expect from a series like this.
