Namco announces new PS3-exclusive RPG Tokitowa

Namco Bandai has announced a new PlayStation 3-exclusive RPG called Tokitowa.

According to Andriasang, it's being developed by Arc Rise Fantasia/Luminous Arc studio Imageepoch for release later this year.

Details as to exactly what it's all about are thin on the ground, though the developer did confirm that combat isn't turn-based.

Judging by the rather handsome trailer below, the concept of time plays a central role in the plot.

There's no word yet on whether a Western release is on the cards.
