Microsoft to keynote Tokyo Game Show

Japanese exec and MGS' Phil Spencer.

Microsoft will deliver the first of this year's Tokyo Game Show keynote addresses, according to show organisers CESA (thanks Andriasang).

Home & Entertainment Division chief Takashi Sensui will be joined by Microsoft Game Studios' corporate vice president Phil Spencer to talk about "Xbox 360's Vision and 2010's Strategy".

The keynote takes place on the morning of the first business day at TGS, 16th September, and will be followed by a second keynote, which has yet to be announced.

In previous years the Tokyo Game Show keynote has seen Satoru Iwata of Nintendo unveil the Wiimote, but usually it's regional announcements. We try to get excited anyway, and will be covering it live as usual next month.
