Microsoft sold over 750,000 Xbox 360s in the US during the week of Black Friday

2.5 times that of the Wii, and nearly double the Wii U.

Microsoft has announced that it sold over 750,000 Xbox 360s in the US last week, exceeding the company's expectations.

To put this in perspective, the Wii U only sold 400,000 units during the week of Black Friday, though supply shortages ostensibly had something to do with that. Comparatively, the Wii sold 300,000.

Meanwhile, the 3DS and DS sold 250,000 and 275,000 respectively.

We're still awaiting sales figures from Sony to make a three way comparison.
