Microsoft's Kinect kids push gathers pace.

Kinect Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure launches in the US on 20th March, Microsoft has announced.

It's a family friendly title featuring characters from The Incredibles, Ratatouille, Up!, Cars and Toy Story which sees players attempting to beat various time-based challenges. Check out the trailer below for a closer look.

Asobo Studio is handling development - the same outfit behind Codemasters' 2009 racer Fuel, and the PS2 and PSP versions of last year's Toy Story 3 video game tie-in.

A European date is yet to be confirmed, but we're chasing Microsoft now.

The game is part of Microsoft's new Kinect kids initiative detailed last month, which also includes Double Fine's Happy Action Theatre and a new Sesame Street project.
