iOS Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 out

An iPhone, iPad and iPod touch port of cult classic arcade fighting game Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 is out now on the App Store.

It costs £3.99.

It includes 13 playable characters, including Scorpion, Sub-Zero, and Sonya Blade. The visuals have been updated to "maximise the high-resolution Retina Display", too.

Arcade mode contains 10 arenas. You can customise... Sorry, Kustomise your button layout. There's local WiFi or Bluetooth multiplayer, and a points-based time battle mode in which you take on Shao Kahn.

The ports are developed and published by EA, and separate to the upcoming NetherRealm Studios-created game Mortal Kombat from Warner Bros.
