Here's your first look at Scram Kitty, Dakko Dakko's Wii U exclusive

eShop download revealed in new trailer.

Scram Kitty and his Buddy on Rails, Dakko Dakko's Wii U exclusive that continues the Welsh studio's predilection for absurdly long game titles, has had its gameplay debut courtesy of a new trailer.

An eShop exclusive, Scram Kitty is an on-rails shooter viewed from a top-down perspective. Sounds confusing, right? Well, I didn't do a very good job of explaining it myself after I went to see Dakko Dakko earlier this year, so I'm grateful there's now a trailer that does justice to the action.

Dakko Dakko's headed up by Rhodri Broadbent, a former employee of Q Games, while the artwork's provided by Army of Trolls' Gary Lucken.

There's no firm word on a release date, though it's shooting for some point in 2013. Kind of makes up for some of the more disappointing aspects of Nintendo's showings yesterday, right?
