Exit 2 coming to XBLA tomorrow

Mr. ESC returns for 800 Microsoft Points.

Unusual platform-puzzler Exit will be treated to a sequel tomorrow on Xbox Live Arcade.

It'll set you back 800 Microsoft Points (GBP 6.80 / EUR 9.60) and boasts plenty more characters, challenges and levels than the first game.

In Exit, players control Mr. ESC, and have to dash around levels rescuing hostages and getting them safely to the, well, exit. It's essentially a race against time, but framed rather nicely by some top-notch animation and eye-pleasing cartoon-style visuals.

The original Exit was solid but flawed, and a little too focused on platforming rather than puzzles. Hopefully Taito has put this right in Exit 2.

There are some shots up for grabs on the Exit 2 Xbox.com page.
