Capcom announces Monster Hunter for iOS

UPDATE: Capcom has confirmed that Dynamic Hunting will launch worldwide next month.

ORIGINAL STORY: Capcom is bringing its phenomenally successful Monster Hunter franchise to iOS devices later this year.

According to the Capcom Unity blog, Monster Hunter: Dynamic Hunting is due for release in Japan in June, with a global roll-out yet to be confirmed.

The focus will apparently be on touchscreen battles, with you swiping the screen to move your character and tapping to attack or defend.
