As you might have been able to guess recently, I am really excited about Red Dead Redemption 2. Red Dead Redemption is, in my opinion, the best game of the last console generation, so I'm looking forward to playing more.

Of course, we won't actually be able to play Red Dead Redemption 2 for another year, so Aoife and I did the next best thing and returned to John Marston's flower gathering adventures for an episode of Back to the Party. Click the video below for surprise cougar attacks, jackalope slaughter and a rather alarming glitch.

Of course, those of you who have been keeping an eye on Late to the Party will know that this isn't strictly speaking our first outing with Red Dead Redemption. Oli had never played it before, so I sat him down earlier this year to give it a whirl.

Hopefully those two nostalgia blasts should help dull the pain of having to wait until next Autumn for Red Dead Redemption 2, if only for a little while. Please do feel free to share your favourite memories of Red Dead Redemption in the comments.
