DreamCatcher snares Arx Fatalis for Xbox

RPG your face off this Winter

DreamCatcher Games has secured a deal with Arx Fatalis developers Arkane Studios to publish the RPG worldwide on Xbox.

The game is said to be taking full advantage of the Xbox hardware, in particular making use of Dolby Digital Surround and the "unique asset-caching tools", presumably meaning it uses the hard drive to save things. It isn't yet clear whether Arkane plan to develop any extra content or make engine improvements for the release. We think it's safe to put money in the "they won't" camp, though.

We can expect to see the Xbox version of Arx Fatalis on the shelves this Winter.
