Sim City 4 has gone gold

Sim City 4 has officially 'gone gold', according to a press release issued in the US of A. EA's Maxis team has been beavering away like an assortment of extremely proactive beavers in order to have it ready, although the game has obviously missed the chance to appear in 2002, and will be released on January 17th.
