Capcom vs. Xbox Live: EO

2D fighting fans get ready

Capcom will be at the forefront of Xbox Live activities with the arguably long-overdue release of Capcom vs. SNK 2: EO. EO, which stands for Easy Operation, brings simplified controls to a game that was released on the PS2 quite some time ago.

The Xbox version of the game will launch in Europe during March to coincide with the launch of Xbox Live, and will feature online matchmaking options in addition to its traditional array of features. These updates to the formula will allow players to connect to Xbox Live and battle it out with gamers of various skill levels - the beauty of EO being that it should allow hardcore SF gurus to take on newbies without too much of a skill deficit emerging. The game will also feature Xbox Live Communicator support.
