Cyberpunks at the ready
CDV's massively multiplayer role-playing extravaganza Neocron will go on sale this Friday, October 18th in the UK, after a successful launch earlier this month in Germany. Neocron, as-yet the only first-person MMORPG we're aware of to see release, plants the gamer in the fictional Cyberpunk city in a virtual apartment with the task of earning virtual credits by completing missions and tasks in traditional MMORPG style. Conflict and combat play a vital role, and players will be able to join rival factions to further their characters, collecting vehicles including cars and motorbikes as they grow in wealth.
Over the coming weeks, Neocron will be released in the rest of Europe, and the US version will follow in November.
