Broken Glass

It has gotten quite a bit of coverage but I'm sure this is one of the last times you'll hear about LookingGlassStudios. The now defunct, once great, games developer.

GamesDomain have an interesting rant, which can be summed up by its first line "More proof that the PC game industry has entered a decline was provided by the closing of Looking Glass Studios last week". The author is a lover of games and seems to be genuinely upset at what has happened, "Perhaps no other company in the industry was so devoted to original concepts and ingenious new styles of gameplay."

It's a good article, which is well worth 5 minutes of your time giving it a read.
