Messiah patch

Virgin Interactive (who publish the game in the UK) sent word that the v0.2 patch is now available for Messiah, fixing various graphics corruption problems and lock-ups, and generally improving stability. Amongst the more interesting sounding changes is "crash fixed when saving and loading during kissing animations". Um .. don't ask.
