There's a new patch for Unreal Tournament (v413) out today, weighing in at a modest 5.6Mb and fixing the green skin problem amongst other changes - thanks to PlanetUnreal for the heads up.

You can grab it here from Blue's News, or try here from FilePlanet, though (along with half the rest of the GameSpy Network) the site is currently down, for me at least.
