Q3Center have updated their console guide, which includes a full list of all the millions of Quake 3 Arena commands that id didn't deign to document, as well as a guide to tweaking Quake 3 using a variety of console commands and game options.
Quake3mods.net has updated the maps and models sections of the site, with 20 maps and 15 player models now listed.
