The Adrenaline Vault has posted a short story about Lionhead Studios, their recent deal with Activision, and how that whole studios thing works exactly.

For those of you recently returning to our world from a long spell of suspended animation, Lionhead is the company founded by Peter Molyneux, the brains behind Populous and Dungeon Keeper.
