Five Year Mission Ends Early

Publisher Interplay has removed British developers Binary Asylum from the Star Trek : New Worlds project, apparently because of creative differences.

This will no doubt delay the game, but hopefully won't lead to too many changes, as when we saw ST:NW at ECTS a week ago it was looking great. You can check our ECTS preview of the game right here.

Unfortunately the sudden loss of this project also led to Binary Asylum closing down at the end of August. As Bones would say - "He's dead, Jim". Best wishes to everyone at Binary Asylum, and good luck to them in future.
