Any good at Yu-Gi-Oh?

World Champs heat this weekend.

Places are still open for the UK heat of the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2007, Konami told us today, so if you're playing what we thought was "a superb card game, and arguably the best portable one we've seen in years", pay attention.

The heat's being held on 13th May at Arsenal's Emirates Football Stadium in North London, with 32 places available on a first-come, first-served basis. All you have to do is sign up online and sit by the phone - if you get a call back today, you're in.

If you are, you'll be thrust into several rounds of knock-out duels in Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2007, a copy of which you'll need to own and bring along with you, and the top eight players will walk away with prizes drawn from a selection including DS games, accessories, Yu-Gi-Oh! goodies and even a Nintendo Wii.

Best of all, the winner will be sent to San Diego to participate in the World Championships.

For more information and terms and conditions, pop over to the Konami website, and if you've no idea what we're on about then you'd better read our Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2007 DS review, hadn't you?
